This Privacy Policy explains how the "Rupee Loan - Instant Cash Calc" mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. About the App
Rupee Loan - Instant Cash Calc is an education and guidance app about loans, EMI, credit scores (CIBIL), loan eligibility, loan documents and safe borrowing in India. It also includes example loan calculators.
- The App does NOT provide, offer, arrange or approve any loan.
- The App does NOT fetch, show or store your real CIBIL score or credit report.
- The App is NOT affiliated with any bank, NBFC, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any credit bureau.
- All numbers, rates and scores shown in the App are examples for learning only.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information. The App has no sign-up, no login and no account.
We do NOT collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address or home address
- PAN, Aadhaar or any other identity document
- Bank account, card, salary or income details
- Contacts, photos, files, SMS, call logs or location
- Your real credit score or credit report
Any values you enter in the calculators or choose in the App's questions (for example, income range, loan amount or interest rate) are used only on your device to show example results. They are kept in temporary memory only, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you close the App. Nothing is saved on your device.
3. Advertising
The App is free and shows advertisements. Ads are provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
These advertising partners may automatically collect certain information from your device to show ads and measure their performance, such as:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS)
- Device type, operating system and App version
- IP address and approximate location (country or city level)
- Ad interactions (for example, ads viewed or tapped)
On iOS, the App will ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they may be less personalised.
This information is collected and processed directly by the advertising partner under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store it. You can learn more here:

4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
5. External Websites
The App mentions official websites (for example, credit bureaus, the RBI website, cybercrime.gov.in and the RBI Sachet portal) for your information. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Data Security
Because we do not collect or store your personal information, there is no personal data held by us that could be lost or misused. Information collected by advertising partners is protected under their own security practices.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help address it.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct or delete. For data collected by advertising partners, you can use your device's tracking and ad settings, or contact the advertising partner directly.
We respect the rights of users under applicable laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
